About

My career background is in marketing, with over 12 years’ working in marketing roles across various sectors, including global manufacturers, education, charities and running my own business.

Having done freelance marketing on and off for a number of years, I love working with business owners who are passionate about what they do but don’t have the time or inclination to plan and deliver their marketing.

Away from work, I’ve always loved being in nature and I put a lot of that down to growing up in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. I’m a huge fan of mindful walks in nature and love taking the time to identify plants, listen to birdsong and admire the light through the trees.

Horses came into my life as an adult and I now can’t imagine life without them. My biggest equine influence has been our horse, Poppy. She has taught me so much about showing up authentically, building confidence and being present.

I have always had a keen interest in personal development and it was during a period of self-reflection that I came across the training programme to become an Equine Facilitated Coach (EFC), combining my love of horses with my desire to do work which has a positive impact on people.

I studied with Learning to Listen and Sarah Northe on their Association for Coaching (AC) accredited course, Transformational Coaching with Equine Facilitation, in 2024-25, building up over 100 hours of coaching learning, development and practice.

I’m a member of the Association for Coaching, abiding by their code of ethics, and I attend regular supervision to help develop my practice.

If you’re curious about coaching with horses or marketing support or both, please do reach out. I’m happy to have an informal chat to answer any questions and see if I’m the right fit for you and your business.
